These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Sosello — our website, web app, and mobile apps (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use Sosello.
• You must provide accurate information and verify your email address to use the Service.
• You are responsible for your account and everything that happens under it. Keep your credentials secure.

3. The marketplace

Sosello is a venue that connects local buyers and sellers. We are not a party to any transaction between users. We do not own, inspect, or guarantee any items listed, and we do not handle payments or shipping between users unless explicitly stated. You transact with other users at your own discretion — meet in safe public places and inspect items before paying.

4. Listings

• You may only list items you own and are legally allowed to sell.
• Listings must be accurate — photos, description, condition, and price must reflect the actual item.
• Listings may be reviewed and must be approved before they appear publicly. We may remove any listing that violates these Terms.

5. Prohibited items and conduct

• No illegal items, weapons, drugs, counterfeit goods, stolen property, recalled items, or anything that violates applicable law.
• No harassment, hate speech, scams, spam, or misleading behavior toward other users.
• No attempts to interfere with, reverse engineer, or abuse the Service or other users’ accounts.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you post (photos, descriptions, messages). By posting, you grant Sosello a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate and promote the Service. You are responsible for having the rights to everything you post.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, harm other users, or put the Service at risk — with or without notice. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that listings are accurate, that items are as described, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sosello will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from transactions between users, unauthorized access to your account, or your use of the Service.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
